At Mad Arches we try to bring new crafts supplies and also some of our favorite things. If there is any specific items you wish us to stock whether it be for cardmaking, art journaling or mixed media, please feel free to contact us.
What are the payment options?
Currently using Wix, Paypal and Clearpay (ClearPay offer to spread your payment options, but this is not under the UK financial authority)
What is your return policy?
Even though we ensure that all goods reach you in good condition, unfortunately accidents do happen, we are all human, right? Should you receive either faulty or damaged goods from us, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange either a replacement or a possible full refund. Should the item become unusable within 6 months then this would come under consumer rights.
Please message us to discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you prior to sending them back.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do.
When can I expect my delivery?
Your parcel will usually get sent to the post office on the next delivery slot by 2pm or after 2pm, the following day. Parcels from Royal Mail usually take 2-3 'working' days.
Unfortunately all postal/courier/shipping services seem to be having issues with getting parcels delivered on time. We currently use the Royal Mail services. Our sincere apologies if it is delayed and had an impact on our service to you.
