Our Store Policies

We founded Mad Arches Arts and Crafts with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our Store Policies

Damaged/Non-working items on delivery:

Please check your order within 3 days of receipt for accuracy and for any damage/non working parts. This does not infringe on consumer rights.

Photographic evidence may be requested and the item returned for a replacement for damage 

​

Non working parts will need to be photographed and may need to be dealt with through the manufacturer who in turn may need the item returned before replacement is provided.  

​

We at Mad Arches, regularly stock take and item total discrepancies 'may' not be corroborated after 3 days.

​

Postage: -

We use Royal Mail second and first class tariffs or other couriers for large and heavy boxes.

​

Items are set for weight and size according to the Royal Mail tarrif. 

​

Orders are processed Within 1 working day and usually by 2pm (this means any orders after 2 pm may be posted the following day). Delivery times are as per Royal Mail 3-5 BUSINESS days approximately.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: This includes Ireland (excludes Northern Ireland), USA, Europe etc. you may be charged customs when the parcel enters your country.
