Pentart Decoupage Glue Varnish Silky - Water-based glue and varnish in one for decoupage technique that dries with a satin shine. Spreads easily and evenly. Apply the varnish and glue on the substrate and then on top of your rice paper or napkin. Dampen regular paper before gluing it. Apply from the center moving to the sides removing the air bubbles. Ensure the napkin paper is dry before applying top coat.
